LeClaire City Hall .......................... A completely new City Hall facility was designed to replace the existing, aging City Hall building. This project includes a new council chambers, conference room, administrative offices, public space, work areas, complete audio/visual presentation and recording systems, new city-wide technology including all wireless connectivity, and city-wide security. A new “City Centre Plaza” community space adjoining the city hall facility and the Public Library was also created. This space features a small amphitheater, a central plaza space, landscaping, information center and handicap accessibility. The space also serves as a wireless connection “hotspot” for public internet access. |
